BITCH FALCON ON TOUR!

We are so excited to finally announce Bitch Falcon's first Irish tour!!!

The three-piece are set to embark on their first tour coinciding with the release of their newest single, “Clutch”.

Two years on from an initial explosive emergence, the Dublin-based three-piece haven’t so much discovered their voice as honed and refined it. They relish in frenetic declarations, their sound always moving forward while throwing occasional nods to the past.

The sonic aesthetic is raw, even a touch frenzied, yet manages to harness the strongest elements of rock, grunge, metal, hardcore and melodic electro-pop. Bitch Falcon's end result is a distinctive, once-heard-not-forgotten voice.

Pulsating tracks like ‘Wolfstooth’, ‘Breed’ and ‘TMJ’ are indicative of a band unwilling to sit still and stay quiet. These are songs of punch, grit and verve. They make an even greater impact up close and personal as the band’s deserved reputation as one of Ireland’s most engaging live prospects comes alive.

In their short time together, the trio have shared the stage with the likes of Fucked Up, Torche, The ZZZ’s, Glen Hansard, Les Butcherettes, No Spill Blood and Red Enemy, unapologetically stealing the spotlight at every turn.

After a busy 2016 where they stormed the stages of Body & Soul, Indiependence, Knockanstockan & Electric Picnic; Bitch Falcon will take flight for Canadian Music Week and other international events in 2017 as well as releasing brand new material throughout the year.

The busiest, spookiest weekend of the year is finally here and we've got loads of options for how you can spend your Halloweekend!

First up, we have the grand opening of The Bowery! Tonight, Stomptown Brass take the stage with free entry.

As a Halloween treat, Jerry Fish will be performing every day this week! Tonight he heads to Wexford Spiegeltent, tomorrow is his annual Big Love show and Sunday he helps the Bowery set sail as well bringing the Electric Sideshow to Rathmines' newest venue.

Kormac is doing quite a bit of travel this weekend playing Cork's Cyprus Avenue tomorrow night and Central Arts in Waterford on Sunday night with Daithi. We're glad to see his A-V show hitting some new areas of the country! Monday, he'll be performing live on TG4 from NUI Galway as part of the stations 20th anniversary celebrations. You can stream the performance at www.tg4.ie from 9:30pm on - well done, Kormac!

Paddy Dennehy and The Red Herring celebrate by heading to Glendalough for the Barn Dance Day of the Dead Festival on Sunday night. Sounds... deadly. (Sorry!)

And last, but certainly not least, Sunday night is the long awaited and nearly sold out LE GALAXIE OLYMPIA THEATRE SHOW! There are only a few tickets left on the door and it's their biggest show of the year - trust us, you do not want to miss it!
