CWB was founded in 2006 to fulfil a need in the market for a company providing full production & procurement, marketing, technical event and venue management support services for a range of local, national and international clients. Over time this had broadened to include a prolific artist management division and sponsorship department operating from offices in Dublin and Limerick, Ireland.
Having won five consecutive Hospitality Ireland awards for best venue, Joe Clarke left his role at the helm of Trinity Rooms nightclub in Limerick in 2009 to concentrate on managing the Rubberbandits who he guided to global success with sold out tours across Australia and the USA and what is still the most successful irish on line video, Horse Outside.
A hugely experienced event marketing professional he has worked on projects with clients from Live Nation to the Melbourne Fringe festival and last year produced 2 sold out shows at the Dublin Fringe Festival while guiding The Strypes to a multi-million euro record deal.
He has delivered festival and event marketing solutions for clients all over Ireland .
A recent graduate of New York University with a bachelor's degree in Music Business, Cat Grewal is based in CWB's Dublin office.
Cat has over four years worth of music business experience including various internships in Dublin, Prague and New York. While most of her experience has been in management, including an internship at Advanced Alternative Media, Inc. (Dr. Luke, Serban Ghenea, Sarah Hudson and many more), she also carries knowledge of digital marketing and advertising after working with the Prague Philharmonic Children's Choir and interning at The Orchard.
Confident in her abilities, she is eager to be starting and expanding her career in music here in Dublin.
As Technical Manager of the University Concert Hall in Limerick for many years, Paul's production credits include the RTE TV series Coulter & Company, Eurosong along with multiple live shows, from Morrissey to Van Morrisson.
In 2010 he produced the Rubberbandits' (who CWB managed) Horse Outside video and spent the next 2 years touring the world with the Bandits helping produce their shorts for MTV, RTÉ and the Channel Four comedy Blaps.
He also finds time to production manage CWB's roster of The Strypes, Le Galaxie and Kormac while turning in regular vocal performances himself as frontman of Limerick's own 16 legged groove machine, The Funk Junkies.
Mario Beck, is a professional freelance event technician, production manager and an Irish Theatre Award Nominee for digital set design. With many years of experience Mario has worked on large scale productions, including Riverdance, Fuerza Bruta, Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Southside, Frequency, Splash!, Pinkpop, Electric Picnic, Wacken W:O:A, DTM, Formula One, Paris/Frankfurt Motor Show, Euro Song Contest, Cirque du Soleil, iFest, No Fit State, Abba Mania and more...
As production manager, he is currently responsible for sound set-up, lighting, video and stage equipment, in the running and production management of various shows for the University Concert Hall, Limerick, The Irish Chamber Orchestra, Limerick City of Culture and various conferences and events both in Ireland and abroad.
His expertise lies in freelance projection-mapping and photography. He is a renowned digital set-designer for theatre in Limerick and for many of the city’s corporate events. He handles all aspects of screen installation and projection including landscape illumination and digital projection.
