Longitude, Latitude. Fish do Art, Japanese Boys and Metropolis beckons

It's been quite a few weeks here at CWB with all aspects of the company firing on full cylinders, so we thought it was time for a little round up.

Le Galaxie had a storming set with their debut at Latitude in the Uk, closing the Other Voices stage on Friday night before high tailing it to the airport for the first flight back to Dublin and a glorious main stage slot at Longitude, the amazing photos of which you can see best right here . Next up for the "ferociously bearded" (Tm -Irish Examiner) LE GALAXIE is the european release of Love System and string of dates in the uk, usa and europe until the end of 2015.

Our latest signing Jerry Fish is getting ready to host his Electric Picnic fun palace the Electric Sideshow with a brace of shows from Kerry to Dublin over the next few weeks & this weekend he plays the Galway International Arts Festival. Expect a new release and some amazing Autumn show announcements soon.

Kormac debuted his new Live show at Body and Soul to great acclaim and followed it up with triumphant big band show for Pride. He is out on tour from Germany to the Ukraine and all points in between for the rest of the summer and has just announced he will be one of the headliners at the new Metropolis Festival in Dublin this November alongside Chic, Jamie XX and Mark Ronson.

Meanwhile on the other side of the world, The Strypes held the No. 1 and No.2 positions in Japanese Tower Charts and had a whirlwind visit ahead of their full tour their this November. The video for new single "Cab Fare Home" just went live over here.

So all that and the small matter of our production side of things working on bringing Andy Lee's World Title Fight to Limerick this September!!!

All this has us looking for some new staff so if you think you can bring something to the table at our Dublin based office, send us 200 words on what you could bring to CWB and send it to

dublin.office@cwb.ie before 5pm Friday 24th July and we'll talk.
